The Season of Entrance Examinations Has Started in Tel-Aviv

LSMU Alumni
On 5-8 January, the LSMU team consisting of Prof. Ž. Padaiga, dean of the LSMU International Relations and Study Centre; Prof. R. Kubilius, dean of the Faculty of Odontology; and G. Rozenbergaitė and E. Mačiulskienė, international programme coordinators, has visited Tel-Aviv for the entrance examination and study fair for prospective students.

Of the 25 candidates from the Medical Doctor International Agency, 4 were accepted to study odontology and 19 were offered to study medicine.

The compelling presentation of the University given by Prof. Ž. Padaiga resulted in an enormous interest during the study fair. The LSMU team accompanied by alumni David Jagudaev, Natali Visdino-Polo, Revital Nassimov, Anton Rosenthal, and Ilan Vashurin was successful not only in presenting the main facts about the university, but also in giving some honest insights regarding students‘ life in Lithuania.

The afternoon of 8 January was spent communicating with and presenting the University to 30 interested students from the Tel Aviv Medical College - Overseas Medical Education.

The visit that was full of honest and warm moments proves an undoubted interest and promises an increase in one of the biggest international students’ communities among Lithuanian University of Health Sciences.
